Henry Pickles

This is Henry Pickles, Henry is passionate about the game of Cricket.

He was born  and bred in Leeds, in the shadows of Headingley. He can play and bowl to a reasonable standard, but never got into the County side. But this has never damped Henry's love of the game, he is now one of the head Groundsmen at the ground, lovingly preparing the turf for each game and meeting.

Henry has discovered that there are also a few perks to being a  Groundsman at Headingly, in that on quieter days they get to take home leftover and unsold cakes at the end of match days, but also he has been keeping all the "lost" cricket balls he might find after practise sessions...... he now has a collection of 607!!
